Rules & Regulations

1. Counter Strikes International reserves the right to increase fees at any time upon giving of thirty days' notice to students. Monthly dues increases will not apply to dues paid in advance.

2. All fees are due and payable by the 15th day of each month for the current month. A late fee of $50 will apply to fees paid after the 15th. Dues are payable and shall accrue monthly unless a leave of absence or other alternative is granted.

3. Student hereby acknowledges that participation during practice, private classes, regularly scheduled classes, exhibitions, demonstrations, and contests may be dangerous, even mortal, and student hereby assumes all risk to person and property arising out of student's participation hereof. Counter Strikes International shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage to student, student's spouse, guest, unborn child, relatives, and/or property resulting from the negligence or other acts of Counter Strikes International, its officers, agents, employees, or instructors. Student does hereby expressly forever release and discharge Counter Strikes International, its officers, agents, employees, or instructors from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions, and causes of action. Student further agrees to indemnify Counter Strikes International for all legal expenses incurred in defending against any claim or suit brought against Counter Strikes International to recover for damages sustained through accident or injury caused by student.

4. Class dates and times are subject to reasonable adjustments, at the discretion of the instructor. Classes will not be held on holidays. If a class is cancelled, a makeup class will be offered. Classes missed by the student are not refundable.

5. A "leave of absence" is requested from the student in case of a prolonged absence.

6. Counter Strikes International retains the right to refuse service to anyone.
