Bootcamp 2025

$300.00

UPCOMING DATES
(2025 CAMP 1) June 16th to June 20th, 2025
(2025 CAMP 2) July 21st to July 25th, 2025

We have two boot camps in the summer. Each camp is a week long, Monday - Friday during the day with martial arts, fun and engaging activities, crafts and physical events, informative and hands-on demonstrations, as well as field trips.

On boot camp weeks, the studio still runs in the evenings, and often we are working after-hours to get things ready for the next day.  It’s truly a rewarding experience for everyone involved.  Our mentors are hand picked and top notch, and our goal is to ensure each student prevails, leaving the camp enriched and empowered.

Our boot camps are a well-oiled machine run by rules, respect, and hard work.  Whether a student of ten years or on the first day, there is much to learn, much to practice and much to master.  Boot camp is never about a singular person, but about the group as a whole.  No matter belt rank, age, or experience, we teach humility, respect for all, teamwork, and positivity.

Students are required to wear camp shirts when out of uniform for several reasons:  for easy identification when attending outside venues, to show uniformity, and to represent the organization as a whole.  When outsiders see the Counter Strikes crew acting and performing like a team, respect is both earned and given. Each year when we go out in the public on field trips, strangers will ask about the camp and always compliment us on the politeness and uniformity of our campers.

We are actively  looking at a ropes course, rappelling, escrima/kali training, police K9 demonstrations, a blacksmithing afternoon, and when weather and ocean conditions permit, we even venture into the ocean and hopefully observe some whales up-close and personal.

If any parent has a life skill you think our campers would benefit from learning, please do not hesitate to contact me.
