The CSI Story
Since 1993 we have provided professional training both locally and nationally to offer the best services for your needs.
Our headquarters and main studio are based in North Albany, Oregon in the beautiful Willamette Valley. The studio is 3,000 square feet with a matted main room and adjoining room with a hard wood floor, as well as a surround sound system equipped with a mounted screen and projector. The heated and air-conditioned facility offers a nice pro shop and plenty of room for spectators. The private property affords safety to students, their families and possessions, and is just shy of seven acres with both wildlife, scenery, and an ample, well-lit parking lot. We have an amazing obstacle course which is a special feature for classes and our popular boot camps.
Our wide range of classes include firearms safety for adults and children, specialized law enforcement courses, and civilian martial arts for ages 2 into adulthood. Our civilian courses offer businesses and groups practical, real-time training in a variety of subjects, from de-escalation to volunteer management and dealing with incidents that may turn life threatening. Our Train the Trainer courses are designed to not only provide the tools necessary to teach, but to ensure instructors are capable of training others. We host many events ranging from potlucks, tournaments, community care, and teambuilding sessions. Our staff is professional, highly trained, and many have completed Train the Trainer courses. Whether a class is held at our studio or an off-site location, our goal is simple: make it applicable, affordable, and fun. Parking
Park as far in as possible to allow room from following classes. Please do not park along the driveway as this makes it difficult for traffic to pass.
Spectators
The studio was designed for parents to have a space to sit and watch class and are encouraged to do so. This provides the opportunity to see your child grow and understand the hard work they put into class. However, please show courtesy to both the instructors and the students by keeping background noise to a minimum.
Holidays
Classes will not be held on some federal holidays. The studio might be closed for one week during Christmas break, spring break, and one week around the 4th of July. Registered student receive regular email updates regarding classes and schedule changes.
Illness
Please keep your child home if they are exhibiting symptoms you would not want your child exposed to. A good rule of thumb is if your child stays home from school, please keep them home from martial arts classes as well.
Fees
Counter Strikes International reserves the right to increase fees at any time upon giving of thirty days' notice to students. Monthly dues increases will not apply to dues paid in advance.
Schedule
Class dates and times are subject to reasonable adjustments, at the discretion of the instructor. Classes will not be held on holidays. If a class is canceled, a makeup class will be offered. Classes missed by the student are not refundable.
